Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

At this time we are only shipping orders within the US but plan to expand this sometime soon, stay tuned!

Refund Policy

At Homeofaesthetic, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days: You must reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Please send an email to homeofaestheticclub@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged item(s)
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. Resolution Process: Once we have received your email and verified the damage, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement item or an alternative solution based on the situation.

Please note: Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
